    This is my 11 year-old granddaughter, Kaylen. I taught her to sew today and she made 9 potholder to give for Christmas gifts.

    She did so well sewing and I am very proud of her!!

    Oh, my favorite memories are of my Grandmother teaching me to sew...what a precious gift you have given your grand-daughter! And WOW has she gone with it....

    Good for her. Never to young to teach someone to sew. She should be very proud of her pot holders.
