I put mine in tissue paper and then in a box. Usually I give them away at Christmas time. I always fold it in such a way, that the first thing they see is a label.

I am planning to make a drawstring bag with scrappy strips using the leftovers from my current project. It is for a baby so it will fold up fairly small for packaging it up. I think it would look good in his room or could come in handy for carrying that change of clothes and other emergency items for when they are out and about. Come to think of it, I'll do the drawstrings coming out both ends so they can hang on the handles of a stroller.

I have just put pretty ribbon around the quilt (after it is folded of course) but I like lots of ideas here. I like the tulle idea as well.

After you wrap them like this, make a matching dust cover with the leftover fabrics for them with a drawstring and slip it inside the bag.

You can always use tissue paper. I think that would look nicer with ribbon on it.

    Good idea!!

I use the nice re-usable shopping bags from Marshalls etc...
I really like that they have a plastic-ey finish so the object won't get wet. They had some just recently that had paisley print on them....Couldn't pass those up!!!

They are 99cents or 1.99.... And person you are giving to will reuse!
