I have an idea! Put them in a paper bag, tape them shut, and put my address on 'em! Ya-Hoooo! sounds good to me!

I make the pillowcases that are so easy to make and then they have a matching one for their quilt.I just tie a bow around the top of the pillowcase and I find that to be a good way to give them to someone and also a good way to store them. Two gifts in one!

I wrap mine with a tie but I make it from some of the fabric and they really look good.

I usually make a matching storage bag out of the leftover scrap material...like a pillowcase with a drawstring top.

I just gave my granddaughter a quilt for her wedding and did
the same thing. I couldn't find a box and a plastic bag look
frummpy so I just tied a ribbon. Great minds think alike!

I have a friend here who gets window boxes from the bakery -- the kind that are used for sheet cakes. Then just a pretty ribbon like you're doing.

When giving a quilt for a charity event, I wrap it in clear cellophane and add a pretty bow. And I usually try to fold back one corner so the backing shows, too.

That's exactly how I have done mine for years. I love French ribbon and it looks so pretty.
