    Lovely. Looks to me that some of the pinwheels are folded, but the outside edges sewn only. Is that correct?

    I did baste the pinwheel pieces to the background pieces before machining them together though - found as they were so small (4in finished block) it was difficult just with a pin or two to keep everything lined up otherwise.
