    Not to hard. There is a ruler you can buy to make the strips for the wings. It was lots of fun to make.

    I used a 10 degree wedge ruler. I know that there is a smaller one also.

    I haven't hung it yet. I'm going to put a strip on the back, to put a rod therugh. I going to drop the strip down hoping the top doesn'r fall. Not totally sure yet. right now its laying on the bed as a throw.
