Below is the link to Suzanne's book on Amazon - I think its $12.95 plus shipping.
http://www.amazon.com/Five-Minute-Qu.../dp/1574214209 According to her blog, the 3 pieces for the large blocks are 5 1/4 x 10" and the 3 pieces for the small blocks are 2 7/8 x 5 1/4". BTW - i know everyone hates to cut 7/8 increments but in this case try as much as possible to do so - if you don't you will end up with an overhang on the raw edge when you fold the triangle down. |

Couldn't one do it with three 6.5 x 3.5 rectangles?
Many thanks though to Suzanne for the pattern, the tutorial and the book. it s a great block, very versatile, and goes together quickly. |
Good morning Dianne! I have looked every where for this book. Where did you purchase it? I'm making a quilt with the five minute blocks but, would love this book for all the different projects.

Deb I tried that size and it worked. see the pics below. Not sure how Suzanne scaled it for the smaller block but this makes a nice approx. 6.5" block when finished off. And it sure is easier to cut!
