My Girl Scouts made similar quilts and they are great for camping. Good way to use up scraps. We had many double knit fabrics donated and they dry quickly and last forever.

These type of quilts are good for just about anything.... and you can put them together quick and easy and like you said??? they can last forever... I love making these.... Good way for the youngins to learn thire colors on.... ;-)

Very clever idea for a cute, quick quilt. I guess you can put batting inside if you wanted to. Good idea for charity quilts. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you.... and you could do this type of quilt anyway you wanted to.... it's such a quick way of putting them together and still makes an awslum quilt.... :-)
