I kinda just came up with my own for my son, here is a pic of it, it was my first quilt. I would go with something he likes, how old is he?

Here are two that I made the one is our camping quilt for the Grandkids made with a fabric book panel and I did ME on it in glow in the dark thread and Sponge bob was for my 2 year old grandson. My first and awful job at free motion but he loves it!

Here are some photos of an "I Spy" quilt I made for my oldest grandson (now nearly 3). It has his name paper-pieced across the top, 1-10 across the bottom, and the alphabet (upper and lowercase!) down both sides.
