I bought the "Basket Lattice" pattern at a booth at the Paducah Quilt show this year - they had one made up on the wall - all done in batiks - but, frankly, the directions are very confusing to me - and was hoping that a local quilter would help me figure it out, whenever she has time.

I didn't get how it would go together either, but it's pretty simple. No inset seams--you sew partial seams, then go back and finish the seams as you add vertical rows. Lots of prep work in sewing the units before you actually start putting the quilt together.
