So cute! (I absolutely can't wait until I have a grandchild. My son got married last September. Still waiting. I probably will be for at least a couple of years.)

... and you should be! OMG - all the love that went into that quilt! That is what matters. No quilt police here. I do not see anything that says works have to be "original"
I, for one, LOVE, love love it! |
You should be proud it is a beautiful quilt. Your grandson will have something to treasure and hand down to his children.

Wow, those are a lot of little cross stitches. Very pretty!

Absolutely precious!

Hi and Welcome to the board. I love your little boy quilt, a lot of love went into the hours of work you did to finish it. So Sweet!

BTW - two of my most cherished possesions are items my mother made from a kit - one is a beautiful table cloth and the other is gorgeous latch hook rug - both pre stamped. I love these because she made them, she held them and touched them, and, since I actually SAW her working on them - I know she put years of work into both of them. I inherited them after she died. Your grand child will love this always
PS LOVE the affect of the varigated thread - can't wait to try it out! |
