Well Chuck it seems as if all the super, great, goregous words have been spoken. All I can say is DITTO to all of them. This quilt is one of a kind and the quilting is beyond beautiful. Maggie is totally awesome. How long did it take her to do this by hand? My brain just can't wrap around the talent it took for both of you to create this beauty. By the way if you have too many sisters an Aunt might come in handy (can I be that Aunt)? Please let Maggie know how in awe of her talent I am. Goes without saying your talent also. BrendaK
Maggie stated that she has about 40 hours into the quilting. I can not believe that she does it freehand. I wish I had a thimble full of her talent. She was telling me that she has a stock pile of quilts waiting to be quilted and I know why, with that talent. Her website is http://www.maggiestopstitchquilting.com/ |
