I have spent about two hours researching methods of applying a hanging sleave and I'm confused. Some blogs say nine inches and others say eleven to make the tube. What's the best method?

It is a really fine quilt. I love the fabrics and embellishments you used to complete the quilt. I don't have a name that does it credit. What is the intended use of the quilt. That might suggest a name. Hmm Joyful plates?

Outstanding job. It is so beautiful and reminds me of a rainbow. " Dresden Rainbow" would be a nice name.
