I would use this as background fabric and then use coordinating fabrics for main and secondary patterns. It would also be beautiful as a backing. so many batiks are on the dark side so I love to see this lighter one.

I have a batik that has rose pattern on it. It's a really pretty blue color. I LOVE batiks
