Now that is creativity pictured. Who would have considered putting those two fabrics together, but they look terrific.

Yooper32 02-25-2013 07:02 AM

I can't imagine pairing those two fabrics up. That said, congratulations on what will be a spectacular quilt. Kudos to you.

quiltstringz 02-25-2013 07:10 AM

Bold, manly and a very striking quilt. Nice use of the bandana fabric.

sewnut 02-25-2013 09:31 AM

beautiful rendition of the anita's block.

roserips 02-25-2013 09:38 AM

I like the secondary design created by the bandanna fabric. Defiantly manly. I like it look forward to seeing it finished.

wildyard 02-25-2013 01:39 PM

I have been collecting different bandanas as they have been available at our Dollar Store. I'm thinking this pattern done scrappy might be fun to try. I have a lot of male and female oriented bandanas. Will be fun to play with sometime in the future when if get caught up. LOL.. yes I am being optimistic by saying WHEN!

champagnebubbles 02-25-2013 03:24 PM

What a great idea. Love your blocks

Retired Fire Chief 02-25-2013 04:04 PM

You're right, it is bold, manly and very attractive. You have a great eye when you find the blue bandanas and end up with such studly blocks!

greenbranch 02-25-2013 04:15 PM

I really love that pattern. It is great for a 2color quilt and it goes together really fast.

this is so much outside what I normally choose to comment on. I really like it so far and bandanas are easy to come by in lots of colors. I like your combo of the bandana with the animal print...

maxnme01 02-25-2013 04:32 PM

Holy cow it's GREAT! I would never have been brave enough or would have thought to try this. LOVE IT....

Jackie R 02-25-2013 06:40 PM

I found a free download "for a limited time" of Anita's Arrowhead at http://www.quiltmaker.com/patterns/d...html?idx=12909

I too would never have thought of bandana and leopard print together, but it looks great!

mjhaess 02-26-2013 08:44 AM

corklass44 02-26-2013 09:43 AM
