I think you did a great job picking fabrics. Blue and yellow are my favorite. When the quilt is finished I will let you know where to send it, I have a spot just waiting for it.

I started to cut the strips after work today. But dang it all, I had to cook supper and then help dh with his part time business, so here it is 8:30 NST and I am probably not going to cut more tonight. BUT there may be a delayed opening tomorrow because of the forecast snowfall... so there's hope I'll get the strips cut tomorrow.

For anyone who hasn't tried one yet a disappearing nine patch is a super simple but very effective quilt pattern. Mine will be 9 fabrics, 5 WOF strips that are 6" wide for a total of 45 strips. I'll make 30 blocks and that will be big enough for a double/full size quilt without any borders. (I want this quilt to be borderless).
