Very nice runner!! I made up some of these a few years ago in Fall colours to give out as some Autumn gifts to my Mum and a friend of mine. I also kept one for myself :) They are a quick and easy runner to put together!

I love the table runner you did. The colors are so lovely.

Very, very nice. You sure know how to whip something up in a hurry and it looks wonderful.

very nice! amazing what you can do in an afternoon- certainly a good way to spend your time. What size block is it? 12 inch? The strips? What will you do with it when you're done? It will display nicely.

It is done with strips, and squares up to either 12" (for points touching the lattice) or 12 1/2" (which is what I trimmed to.) As a beginner quilter, I love Eleanor Burns' patterns because a lot of them are cut a little oversized and trim to the final size  This one will go on one of the buffets this fall, but I'll put a sleeve on it so I'll be able to use it as a wall hanging as well.

I saw this on a Quilters TV episode the other day, and just had to try it. It took a while to keep stopping the video and jotting down the directions from it; my local Joanns has the book and it's on sale starting Saturday - whoohoo!
