Sometimes, when one doesn't know what they "should" be doing, they are not afraid to make mistakes. They try something and it works. No worries, no regrets, just a great quilt.

What a great quilt! Beautiful colors and for a "fire sale" quilt, you did a fantastic job! I think I can safe say we are all glad you learned how to embroider so we get inspired by your wonderful quilts and quilting!

Great story! Such serendipity! Sharing this makes me feel I know you better....Thanks!

Thank you for sharing your story and your first quilt is lovely. I loved the colors and the cozy feel it has. Label her and give her the rightful place in quilt history with a signed label.

I love your "first" quilt. You made a statement that I would like more information about. You said that you couldn't do anything "fancy" because of the back sewing. What is a proper sewing for long arm quilting. I have never taken one out, I have just done them by hand but love the dierent effects that you do on your quilts. Thanks!!!!

I love your story Charisma......I think it would be neat if we put up a post about all of our very first projects we ever made.......hmmmmmm......I may just do that. Just like you said, we all have a story! Great first quilt btw!
