The black really makes your blocks "pop". = )

No pattern, just mindless sewing of scraps. I like cut my scraps into blocks, rectangles, strips, then just start sewing. I then iron them and start adding them together until I get a big block. I think I trimmed these up using an 8 inch square ruler.

This is a stress reliever quilt block. Just mindless sewing. haha :lol:

Thank you all for your input. I've decided on black but may work in some red. We'll see what I can come up with. haha I'll be sure and let you see the finished top.

I, too, like the black. Very dramatic.

black makes the blocks pop so much more !!!

I like the red, but then its one of my favorite colors.
