I too have old hankies from mother n law and Aunt. What a wonderful way to use them. I was toying with the butterfly one but like this one more. I do have some displayed in a collectors spoon rack hanging on the wall in the guest room. I like this better. Great job!

This is a beautiful quilt. I like the way you used your
handkerchiefs. I've seen other ways to use them but like your best. I have some of my grandmothers hankies from both sides of the family. How many hankies did you use? |
I also have a box of antique hankies...some from my grandmother, some from my mom and some from a dear, beloved cousin. I have been considering making ahanky crazy quilt and yours has convinced me to do so. Your's is absolutely fabulous. Thank you for sharing.

The each block is pieced together. I like your so much better what size are your blocks, sashing and boarders ? I would love to make one like this. Great job.

I wish I had some of my grandmothers hankies. She always had one in her purse or tucked in her sleeve. They all disappeared.. the quilts is so soft and feminine looking. I love the lavender ..
