I have the same philosophy. Every quilt I make is a little harder or has a different technique for me to practice. Your quilt is pretty!!

I love the pink and brown combo.

Is that a gazebo setting? Fits the quilt well. ;-)

I think it is a very pretty quilt. Right now I'm doing a baby quilt that is sure teaching me a few things. And it is a simple baby quilt! It's been one of those days of ripping seams out and nothing lining up correctly. Then my machine starts acting up. I cleaned the bobbin case, changed bobbins & rethreaded both the bobbin & the needle. Still was having problems with the machine jamming up. Ugh! Wouldn't you know it...the new needle I had put in to start this quilt has a slight bend. I'm so thankful that it was not the machine itself.

Your quilt is beautiful. And I learn something on each project - even it if is the same thing over and over!!!!

This is a very nice quilt and that is how we learn by doing!

It does look great. Yes I learn from each quilt too. If I make an error, I remember for the next time. If I accidentally get it right, the next time I probably will goof it up
