I have 8 strips of about 6 inches wide that was left over from one of my stack and whack project, think I'll use this idea to use up those strips.

I came across two strips of a cute easter print I had used as backing for a quilt several years back. The strips were about 13" wide and 72" long with 5 repeats in each. I made 16 four patch blocks which I used as the center of the churn dash blocks. The other strip was used in the upper and lower borders to show the original print.
