Don't you love learning new techniques? Even when all I really learn is that it's not a technique I want to use again, I'm generally happy to have tried it. You did a great job. Smart using your daughter :-)

I've never done anything that big doing the chenille process. I'll be it will be really cozy when it fluffs even more.

I LOVE doing Chenille....I have done several rugs. I bought some Batiks that I wanted to do a rug with and the lady at the quilt shop told me Batiks will not fray.....so glad she told me as I would be very upset having spent all that money on Batik fabric and then it not fray.
