Florida has a similar law. Except sometimes they call them donation quilts. Confused the heck out of me.

The quilt is very lovely.

Did you do the blanket stitch around the flowers by hand or machine? I can't quite make it out. What kind of fusible did you use (if you did)?

I used Wonder Under and the blanket stitch was done on my Pfaff 2030.
