This Bear Paw scrap quilt seemed to take me forever!! I think about three months. I went thru four bobbins of thread. It was a LOT of work even more than my Dear Jane! I ran out of the green border so ordered more as the backing fabric and will bring a little of it around to the front for the final border. I am very happy with how it turned out. I have NO idea when/how I will quilt it.
I recently found out my sweet son and his wife of 5 yrs. are expecting their first child in the Fall. So I have lots of things in my head that I want to make and knit for them. So I am glad to be able to "move on" to the next project. |
Beautiful scrappy. I have yet to try a scrappy.
