You said you made this without the specialty ruler, but used the technique? Can you point me in the direction of the technique? That ruler is mighty spendy.

unfortunately i cannot do that, i used the ruler "process" but without the ruler...I scaled it to size to fit what we wanted...I followed the ruler directions, just didn't use the ruler...does that make sense??? Sorry i couldn't be of more help :-(

It is beautiful! I love the Hunter Star pattern, but never thought of doing it in those colors. Opens up a whole new world!! I love "flange", too. Thanks for explaining it.
Great quilt!!!!! Also, this quilt pattern can be cut with the GO cutter, with a die that is included with the cutter. |

Hunter Star is top of my next to do quilt, and this is one of the prettiest I have seen. Great idea with the flange! You did a wonderful job and I am sure your cousin will love it. If not, I will take it in a new york minute. ;)
