The Farmers Wife Sampler quilt has a few new (to me) techniques and I feel so good after I master them. Thank you for sharing your beautiful wallhanging and encouraging everyone to keep trying and learn something new.

Maybe it is my OCD  I really do enjoy a challenge, and it helps not having any deadlines or things that I *have* to finish, I kind of like the challenge of trying new techniques. This is my fourth quilt of this size (I've done some table runners and smaller projects) and I have to say, I really would like to try something without points to match :P

I can see why your hubby and you like it. It's beautiful, and you must congratulate yourself for taking on the challenge. I know as one other stated, I would have put it in the drawer for "another day". Thank you for sharing it.
