Those fabrics will make a stunning French Rose quilt. :)

Sharon, I am so envious. Wish I could have gone. I hope to be at the quilting group next friday. Love the fabrics you have chosen and perhaps you can show me how to make the French Rose Pattern some day.

What a fun trip it must have been. Your fabrics are great...but I especially love the french roses grouping.....they are calling to me!

Sounds like a place I need to go - I live about 2 hours north. I'm swooning over those beautiful fabrics.

We love those places for shopping. We also like Hayloft, Sylvia's, Cedar lane, Zooks. I am glad you had a great time. We are going to the Lancaster Quilt Show next month. I can hardly wait!

I count myself lucky that I actually live in Lancaster County! Burkholder's in Denver is my absolute favorite...such a selection, although I admit to missing the ladies that owned it last. I was just up there myself on Tuesday evening to get some backing for a queen size quilt I'll soon be starting for my sister and her DH. If you ever want to come up and spend more time (and money!) in the county...I have three spare bedrooms! If we didn't live in a residential area, we'd probably operate a B&B! That invitation is open to anyone that finds themselves in Lancaster County!

Rose - you didn't happen to be in Sauders on Saturday around noon were you? I was there and quite a group of women came in !! LOL We were all waiting for the girls to cut our fabric at the same time . I love Sauders...it's my favorite. I travel about 2 hours to get there.

Martins in Myerstown is great too. I hit them after we left Sauders.

I live in Bloomsburg (NEPA) so Martins is kind of on my way home.
