Really, I cut cut off about a 6-7 inch strip off a chunk of fabric. Sewed around it leaving and opening to turn it and put a hair tie at one end. Took another section of fabric(didn't measure that one, just took it out of the scrap bin just because I like how the two looked together) and did the same thing to that one. turned them both back out and ironed flat. sewed along the whole bottom(that's where the openings were so that closed them up). Then just sewed lines about an inch away from each other all the way to the end of the roll(I eyeballed it).
I hope that helps....I'm horrible at giving instructions(as well as following them too....lol) |
I like the idea, but I was wondering, maybe make the pockets bigger for their cars.

What a good idea!

I love it. That is a great idea to make for the bazaar at our church this November... quick and very practical!

I think it's a cute idea -
but I'm wondering if your son has decided he now likes it? or not really? |

Very cute. That is a great idea for taking crayons and coloring books on outings...no more rolling crayons to pick up.
