Great idea!

I just finished ironing freezer paper to squares to make a quilt for my granddaughter for her wedding in June. She came up with the idea and I will finish the quilt after the wedding. Using colors she asked for. Taking them to her next week in Tn.
Looking forward to seeing your finished quilt!

That's a great idea and will be such a wonderful keepsake quilt for your DD! Good luck with the wedding! I'm sure you'll be happy to take a bit of a rest???

Great idea and nicely presented in your baskets. As mother of the bride you must be excited. Have fun at the wedding.

Been there, done that, cherished every moment. Hopefully your daughter will only get married once. If she is anything like my daughter she will always appreciate what you have done for her. Please post a picture of the quilt when it is finished. You are a good Mom.

The quilt will be wonderful. Love the baskets. Are you going to give them the baskets as well?

I wish them luck in their new future together.

The signature blocks are such a wonderful idea! This will create such a loving memory of their special day...and a useful one as well...........Please post pics of the blocks after signatures, being pieced, and once quilted and bound...Cannot wait to see the finished project. I know you are so excited.

I did some signature blocks for a retiring teacer. Each homeroom was to have all the kids sign in their block. One teacher (a man) had them sign on the paper side. LOL
Lucky I had time to do a new one.
