No, she's not on the forum here, other than in my avatar. Maybe she'll join up here soon.

Uh Oh. I'm not going to let my DH see this gorgeous quilt or he will want one just like it. Great job! Guess I know what I will be making him for Christmas. LOL

Wouldn't change a thing about this quilt. The "wonky" is characteristic of wovens. At least that's what say!

Gorgeous! Just goes to show that a quilt doesn't have to be an intricate pattern to be really attractive!

Eddie - I love it...your quilt does look manly, but definitely beautiful. I love the burgundy, it sets it off nicely.

Eddie! Very macho. Great job. On the perfection business. My sister does beading (Nat. Am) and does beautiful work. If she is beading a vest or mountain man's gloves, somewhere in her design will be a bead in an off color, to show that only God is perfect. I have at least couple imperfections in my quilts and one of those was done on purpose.

I think you did a wonderful job, Eddie!!! It looks squared up to me. I am glad you gave the older quilt a rest. I know I would want to rest if I were 80 and you wouldn't want anything to happen to that quilt.
