That is when I went in! I arrived at Lackland AFB, TX August 8, 1988! Was a good year for Air Force. Please tell you son I extend my gratitude to him, he has been in a lot longer then I. I regret not staying in that is for sure, but I have a path that the good Lord has for me, so I go where he leads :)
