Here's a recent thread where it seems several people are using the same fabric (including me!) to make theirs: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-153265-1.htm |
I'm liking these OBW. At first I was like "they're ok". Now I can't wait to see. I really like the before and after. I love your colors. Nice.

That is so cute!

I still have my 10 (TEN!!!) yards I bought to do the one that several people did from the same fabric. I don't have any idea where it is right now, so will have to wait until I find it while organizing.

I haven't been brave enough to try one, yet. Beautiful work!

I just love it, good job.

This is great!!!!

It is totally addictive. And much easier than it looks. The tutorials on this board were great. The hardest thing is matching up the six layers of fabric. After that, it's like a treasure chest--you never know what secret your next block will reveal.
The fabric for my next one is a large floral. Can't wait to get at that one but have 3 baby quilts to finish first--including one for my next grandbaby--DD is due at the end of the month. Guess I should get back to the sewing room! |
I would never have thought of doing it with a kid's print! It really adds something.

Wow what a transformation...great job!
