TWO WEEKS! My gosh!, what size is that? Is it quilted already? I love the colors. Talk about bright!

I love it!!! How wonderful for your mom to find this new passion! Just goes to show, we can always learn something new, at any age! Beautiful!

What a great quilt!
Way to go mom!!
I just hope that when I am that age, I have the energy
to do that too!
Hugs to your mom!! SHE ROCKS!!!

If she would like some Hawaiian fabric, let me know. They are nice size scraps from the different clothing manufacturers on Oahu.
I can cut to whatever size, well, 6" or less and send them out or not cut, whichever she prefers.
I have baggies upon baggies of scraps and would have no problem
donating them to her. Just let me know.

Wow, just alone the type of quilt to do for a first time quilt, and at her age. Outstanding.

I love the quilt, is it called "Postage Stamp"?

You are so very lucky to have such a talented mom....she must be a very patient person to be able to hand sew all those tiny pieces.

I would love to send her some fabric pieces in memory of my mom...I would feel it an honor. Please PM me an address and tell me if I need to cut the squares to size for her etc etc.

Can't wait to see what her next quilt looks like...happy stitching to you and your mom!

Wow what a wonderful quilt.....blown away that she has done this by hand and not machine. It takes me two weeks to make one by machine. Tell her to keep on as she is creating beautiful quilts. Not many that still makes quilts by hand.
