Wow! He did a great job!

VERY NICE!....

may I make a suggestion? It may (or may not) make a difference...

In the picture showing the rolled up back and front it looks like there is a considerable gap between the top and bottom rolls - that can cause you some problems as you get close to that area - can you raise the bottom roll just a hair to make those two layers a little closer together?....

Now we are both blushing....Thanks a lot....
We don't know much about frames since we live in Mexico....I was complaining for not being able to buy one......and showed him some videos of the grate frame in the market..........so he decided to make it for me...
Well ...It is such a sweet gesture that I can't complain any more but it does need more improvements.......
I do appreciate any help in that matter....
Thanks again

That is so great!! Your a lucky woman to have a hubby to do that!!! You need to be careful though, he will have a line of orders from everyone who sees it!

The only thing I can think of is to remember, you don't want it tight as a drum. It should be a tad loose. I only rememer that because it was stated several times in my handbook. :)

Shelly, thanks....you are right....I already brake few needles because I stretched it too much......
The center of the quilt turn out great...I needed to add more borders but I was too eager to try the frame so thats not a problem....
The real problem turn out to be the left side of the quilt...It wasn't stretching properlly...
DH is now working on it.....
I like the way,he really learn a lot and fast about quilting...LOL...

Thank you again and again.....
Dh had asked me to write in here that he did it after watching some videos and using some common sense ....and then he added: "well...probablly the "sense" is still missing somehow...."
   we will try to follow the siggestions....
Thanks
