Your quilts are beautiful. Sorry to hear about your husband but I hope you come back to your quilting. When my sister passed suddenly and unexpectantly I found making 2 memory quilts for her children in time for the 1st anniversary very therapeutic. I relived so many conversations etc while I worked on those quilts.

Your quilts are beatiful. I too went thru being a caregiver for my late DH. We were married 45 years so my heart goes out to you. I only started quilting after his passing. It really does help. Good luck and God bless you.

First, so sorry to hear of the passing of your DH. I can only hope that knowing he is no longer suffering will help you deal with his loss. Hopefully, in time you can move on with your life & your quilting. Your quilts are absolutely gorgeous. Make sure you take your time & ease back into things as you gain strength. May God Bless you in this endeavor.

Hi Patsy,
So sorry to hear about your husband. Just do a little quilting when you feel up to it. If it is meant to be you will soon get back into it. Make a quilt for yourself in memory of your DH. I started quilting after losing my youngest daughter at 30 years old, it gave me something to focus on and I believe saved my sanity. As you no doubt know you can come to QB for encouragement as well as friendship or even if you just need to let off steam. Keep at it and "Happy Quilting"
