You could use a narrow navy border then a green
Christmas print with navy and red in it.

It's adorable, my first quilt was a rail fence too! I agree with the others who suggest adding a red and a white border.

I'd say a red and then a white or reverse that and bind with whatever you use for your inner border. It's very cute, you should be proud of it, I would be.
