I like the pinwheel .

The zig-zag setting makes it look really modern, while the pinwheels would be more traditional.

I really like the chevron. How about trying each colored row to be in the same color rather than so random. It will still have a scrappy look but be more cohesive. Have rows of assorted greens, of pinks, of oranges, of blues, etc.
IMHO that would look very cool. peace |

Hope that cast comes off soon! In any case it's not stopping you! :D I like both the chevron and pinwheel. I cannot decide which one you should go with because I like them both! Sorry I'm no help at all! :)

I was wondering the same thing that drivingsusan said, what are you doing sewing with a cast on. Or should I say HOW are you sewing with a cast on. But I guess that after 4 or 5 weeks without sewing, will drive you to get creative. Just be careful. I love both, the pinwheel & the zigzag, but, I vote for the zigzag.

Love the zig zag!

Pinwheels here. I like a smaller ZZ. I think it's okay to sew with the cast within the limits of the cast. My son pitched with a casted hand because the cast curved inward and held the ball. We decided it kept the blood circulating to bring healing to the hand.
