What size is your blk. its really a beautiful quilt. iv'e got some neautrel colors plus teal i want to work with thinkin about this pat. Happy Quilting

I agree with everyone else that's drooling over your picture. Your use of color is fantastic. Are you using a design wall for this one? How big will the finished quilt be? It's beautiful.

Oh, you are so gonna love a design wall!

You put flannel or warm and natural batt (neutral color) on insulation board or something that you can pin or staple the material to. You place this on a large wall or on a closet door or some other area in your 'studio'. Then when you work on blocks or whatever for quilting, you put it on the 'design wall', it will stick to the fabric without pins! This way you can 'audition' your blocks, the design, placement etc for a quilt, without having to lay it on the floor or place on your bed to see.

Hmmmm, I'll bet one of us has a photo or a link to show you what a design wall is.

there are as many different design walls as there are quilters, I'm sure, but this gives you an idea
