I don't make them to sell. I make them , and when the time is right I will find them a child who needs them. That is when I get paid, with that child's smile.

There was a male quilter on here the other night talking about doing RA dolls for a friend. His name was Micheal

They are so cute. My SIL impressed me to bits when she put together a Raggedy Ann doll in a day and it was so-o-o cute. Having a pair really finishes them off.

You did a really swell job on them. Very nice.

I never had RA dolls as a kid. Maybe someday.

I love your Ann and Andy dolls. They are my favorite dolls. I used to make them.....couldn't tell you how many sets I've done. Haven't made one for years, and seeing yours makes me kind of want to do another! I have a Simplicity pattern from about 50 years ago that I use. I treasure that pattern almost as much as I treasure the dolls! Your dolls are worth a lot of smiles. :)

It's kind of like when you make a quilt, it depends on the time you have to spend. This set took about a week and a half. I just started cuting out today make Daisy & Ddonald duck (had this patten for over 20 years) thay well take about two to three weeks, I hope.
