gorgeous gorgeous quilts!!! I love Round Robins! I did a few of them a few years ago, but its been a while since I was involved in another. Maybe next year I will look into trying another one. I got too much on my plate right now . I have to be smart about it as there are time limits to get these beautiful pieces of work off to the next person.

OK, 5 is great! I'm thinking about my center block also...Don't have a CLUE! I'll be surfing tonight looking at quilts and searching for patterns. Can you recommend a good size for the center? What size did your 2 quilts you've shown here end up being?

Got to get back busy...working on the challenge block swap blocks. I'm almost done...yea! Early too! With that one done, I'll have more time to devote to the round robin. I just can't wait to get started!

I know you all are excited to get started on this, and I am sorry to delay the process, but I am scheduled to be out of town for a few days and I just didnt get it done today...Too many calls.

So, I promise Ill have it posted by the weekend.

To get you started thinking,,,
Your center can be any size using 24 or 30 inches, done in any colors and any technique.

Example:
24 x 24 is OK, 24 x 30 is OK 30 x 30 is OK

28 x 30 is not.....

My reasoning is this,,, multiples of 6 " are easier to build the next round on to, and if we want a bed size quilt when done anything smaller that 24 wont get you there.

We will start by having the first due date to ship your project on as Nov 1, 2008. That's 2 months for working and shipping.

Talk to you soon....
