Black, of course. You don't wanna take attention away from the quilt proper.

I would use yellow. It would tie it all together with the yellow centers and squares in the border.

Yellow if black or yellow are your only two choices. Personally, if you have enough of the pinwheel fabrics left, I would do a scrappy binding. Beautiful quilt BTW!
