I like that. Are the strips woven and then stitched to the background?

What are the measurements of the quilt itself? How many jelly rolls did it take to do it, just one?

I used one roll of Jelly Rolls 2 1/2 x 42 from Joann's...could be 45? So the quilt is the width and length of the Jelly Roll. Don't have the quilt so I can't measure...But only one roll needed.

SEW SIMPLE...Lay out your quilt for a sandwich...Backing, batting and top...don't pin yet...
Now take your Jelly Roll strips and just one at a time lay them on top of your fabric top evenly spaced just pinning the strip at the top to the sandwiched quilt. This is done Vertically...
Then once you have all your vertical strips layed on top and just pinned at top to hold them in place. Weave in your horizotal strips ..Once done now start pinning your quilt.
I pinned at each point where strips met strips so I could then sew on each side of the strips and not have to remove pins.
Hope this helps and make a littler easier to understand.

Once you sew all your strips you have quilted your quilt all in one step. Sq quilt and add binding. All done...very simple

how did you finish the edges of each strip

They do fray...but I like the look. You can always turn under a slight seam and sew if you dont like the look.
