I thought it would but the more I worked with it when I quilted it the less stiff it got. I'm not sure what will happen when I wash it. I forgot to mention that all the larger squares came from a couple of charm packs - 5 inch squares. It's a great way to showcase a fabric collection.

I bought some of that at the Houston quilt show, but haven't tried it yet. Yours came out very nice.
I didn't buy a pattern, just the fusible.

I think they had the fusibles at Quilt Expo last year and I bought some but put it in a safe place, now I will have to dig it out or buy some more. If I remember, the technique is really quick and simple and real time saver.

Thanks for the update (another thing to search for) I hate safe places!

I have never heard of this method but your quilt is just Perfect! Stunning. Love your fabric choices, colors, workmanship, etc. Thank You for sharing.
