Copied and pasted it here for those who can't download.

Directions for Quilted Duvet Cover

FRONT: Line light weight batting to front with muslin and quilt.

Open Edge:
Attach folded band, matching back for buttons to front with raw edges together. Sew through layers. Fold to back of muslin and hand stitch.

BACK: Measure five inches longer then front for button hole band. Fold 2 ½ inches twice for fold when stitched.

When assembling front and back backstitch 12 ½ inches from open edge to corner. Leave a half inch margin around quilt into open edge and backstitch.

Center button holes and leave ten inches apart.
Sew buttons.

Your duvet cover is beautiful. That's more a quilt with a cover.

thanks for the directions - this is on my 'to do' list for my daughter's signature blocks from her wedding. I hope it goes together as easy as you make it sound.

I too have made some of my quilt tops into duvet covers. I have a bargello right now that I will try and take a picture of.

The attachment I see is saved in .docx, the newer MS Office extension. Most people can read .doc, the older version, but not the .docx.
