I just finished my first rag quilt. It is a Christmas gift for my MIL. I was pleased with the way it turned out. Very easy to make. I think that I might make several of these for Christmas gifts. The worst part of this quilt is cutting all the little snips. I still don't have all of the lint removed but I wanted to share it with you all

Thats a great quilt, MIL will love it. I want to make them for my grandkids for Xmas too. Is yours flannel?

Thanks. I used cotton for the front and back and flannel for the inside. I cut all three squares the same size. I used a 7 in sq and 1/2 in seam. They go together really quick. It takes longer to snip the seams than anything else.

Thanks, I am going to try it, may even get some of those scissors for the rag quilts :D

I just want to curl up in it. Very pretty. I have never try a rag quilt now seeing this one I just might.
