As there is not much time for sewing bigger projects these little preemiequilts are just right! And I have the chance to reduce my scraps a little bit....
These quilts will be donated to parents with much too early born babys! And these quilts measure round about 32x32 inches!

What lovely presents for the least of all. Those babies truly need warmth and color too in order for their little eyes and brains to grow and continue to develop.

They are adorable! I like the light quilting, too.

The same thing happened to me, so I am sending mine to Anna. I contacted her via PM and she got back to me promptly and I am going to send her some as soon as I get the box full.

They are just lovely...such a nice thought too. I wanted to do the same for little angels so I contacted 2 large hospitals in my area, one a Womens' Hospital and was told by one hospital my quilts weren't needed and the other hospital didn't even bother to reply to my enquiry!

I too send my preemiequilts to a hostess who is attending a hospital which is willing to give these quilts to the parents: not all hospitals would act like this, some refuse strictly to participate in this action!
over the last year there were more then 8.000 quilts sewn and distributed!

Beautiful work - neat way to de-stash your scraps. Is that even possible?

They are too cute and I'm sure any parent of a preemie would appreciate getting one. Love the colors of fabrics that you used.
