Ring finishes it but I would make it larger.

On my screen the circle looks blue...perhaps a thin dark brown circle like one of the browns on the tree would work better and give more room for the tree to be the center of attention?

I vote no ring. When I first looked at it I was expecting a 3rd picture with an angled line through it. You know what I mean like the no smoking signs. I'd hate to think that anyone would say no to a tree of life or a family tree.

I agree, the ring to me seems to be inhibiting the tree of life from further growth.

LOL! Me too, only I'm a little afraid of the ring. I'm afraid I won't get it quite round enough. Besides that, I thought it might make it look more like a bullseye in the middle of the bed.
