the tail fix is easy....take 3 pieces of yarn, (you will have to figure out the length) take a needle and thread all 3 through the appropriate spot1/2 way through so that each piece has each end out (kind of like making the letter V with the bottom part of the V, being inside the approapriate spot...(you will have 6 string pieces coming out at that spot)..then braid the yarn together (2 strands together so that you have a total of 3 sections you are braiding...then tie a little knot at the end....of course use coordinating yarn....Enjoy...I think he is cute...

He's as cute as a bug! I'll bet you could make lots of them for people, but it does take a long time to make one. I am not good at all at stuffing, so my elephant would look MUCH worse!

Aww, I think he is adorable! I love the idea of him having an adoption form - I did something similar once with a 10 lb jar of sauerkraut. (The strange things we do when we like a boy!)
I like the story of Sad Eddie, so even though he may really be laughing on the inside, I say run with Sad Eddie's Tails of Woe. What a hoot! :D |
He's adorable! Could you maybe sew on a tail of yarn???
|
seems you are the only one that thinks its sad... I agree with everyone else... Put a smile on him.
