Beautiful job! I just finished sewing the binding on my first OBW about 20 minutes ago-they're kind of a pain to sew but aren't they lovely when you get them done? I tried glue on mine but quit after a couple rows because it made it so that I couldn't press the seams open properly. Maybe I was doing something wrong? I ended up using a different tip from this forum - clover clips!! I love those things now, don't know how I ever sewed without them!
Anyway, absolutely gorgeous quilt! You said you used a small triangle size? What size did you use? How big is this center part of the quilt now that its all stitched up? I ended up having to add extra borders to mine because it came out much smaller than I'd anticipated. |
Great Job, OBW is jusy breath taking.

Your quilt is beautiful. It reminds me of red fall leaves and an early snow. Can't wait to see it finished.
