the scrappy quilt is called Garden Path and it's in McCall's Quilting vintage quilts 1997 there are some real neat quilts in it. If you can find one. It's put together in long strips. the scrappy part is 5 -1 1/2 inch squares on a diagonal. with white strips between. I did all these by hand. it's a great way to use scraps.

well, If you can do a strip if 5 squares on a slant, you could probably do without a pattern if you can't find it. It is quite old.
glad you like the quilt. I have toyed with making another one in pastels.
